A Note From Our Family To Yours
“Ticks are primarily inactive during freezing winter temperatures. However, March to mid-May is a highly active time for these pests. As soon as temperatures warm up and the days become longer, adult ticks start searching for a host for feeding. Tick nymphs begin to emerge in May and will also start looking for a host. Therefore, May is the most dangerous month in terms of ticks. Call us for spring tick and mosquito spraying today!”

Did you know?
Prime feeding times for mosquitos are dusk and dawn, so steer clear during these times. If you can’t avoid being outdoors at these times, or you’re in an area known to have a lot of mosquitos, wear light-colored apparel with thick fabrics and a loose fit. While DEET is very effective, you can also try natural repellants such as oil of lemon eucalyptus. Since mosquitos are weak fliers, a small breeze is too powerful for them to endure, so setting up some outdoor fans can greatly reduce your exposure.
